SMEDD Corp. is seeking a QA/QMS focused professional in Pasay to lead process improvements, map workflows, and implement audit plans under the QMS framework. The role emphasizes building a quality culture through training and systematic audits across departments.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, at least two years in construction or related engineering, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. Willingness to be assigned in Pasay City is necessary.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in the construction industry or related engineering field.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitates creation and revision of key work processes, templates, and forms for the QMS.
• Consults with Process Owners to facilitate reviews and continuous improvements.
• Conducts quality trainings to promote a quality mindset across the organization.
• Prepares QA Audit Plan, Team composition, and audit findings aligned to the Master Plan.
• Performs scheduled Quality Audit functions to evaluate compliance with QMS standards.
• Executes gap analyses and recommends process improvement initiatives.
• Caries out audit reports, follows through, and closes out action plans.
