Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on and dependable Quality Control Supervisor to support the day-to-day implementation of our quality standards across film and membrane production lines. This role is a stepping stone toward full QC leadership and is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong judgment and people skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing QC inspection teams and shift schedules
• Conduct regular audits and in-process checks
• Monitor inspection records and ensure completeness of documentation
• Work closely with production to catch quality issues early
• Coordinate training for inspectors on QC procedures
• Support the QC Manager in client audits, internal reviews, and CAPA actions
• Escalate critical deviations or failures immediately

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field preferred
