Job summary

Leong Hup (Philippines), Incorporated is seeking a diligent Quality Assurance/Operations Clerk to monitor dressing production operations and inspect dressed chicken and by-products in Bulacan. You will oversee loading for HRI customers and document returns, while ensuring marination, blasting and finished goods meet quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in poultry/meat processing is a plus; readiness to start immediately and willingness to be assigned in Bustos

Responsibilities

• Monitor dressing production operations.
• Inspect the quality of dressed chicken and by-products.

• Conduct random bird counts at the hanging area.
• Prepare incident and weekly reports.
