Job summary

Leong Hup (Philippines), Incorporated is seeking a QA Supervisor to oversee daily quality assurance activities in our chicken dressing plant in Bulacan. You will ensure GMP/HACCP/ISO 22000 compliance and supervise QA personnel, conducting inspections across all stages from raw materials to packaging.

The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/Word and email. On-site work in Bulacan is required to maintain product safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in chicken dressing operations.
• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000.
• Understanding of basic chicken grading, marination pickup, and CCPs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Bulacan chicken dressing and marination plant.
