Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience as a QA.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, Salesforce).
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume support desk environment.
• Excellent reading, verbal, and written communication in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment of customer interactions (phone, email, chat).
• Complete regular audits against Boldr’s expectations with documentation and data reporting.
• Track and resolve QA issues to meet internal and client expectations.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Assist in building QA scorecards, audit forms, and process guides.
