Job summary

CHEQ Software Testing in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented QA Data Analyst to gather and analyze performance data, and to support monthly attendance reporting.

You will update databases, generate reports from the timekeeping system, and organize evaluation data for performance assessments. A bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in QA or data analytics are required, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HRM, Psychology, or any four-year course.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, data analytics, or related role.
• Experience with timekeeping systems and performance evaluation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
