Job summary

Gardenia Bakeries (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a QA Staff to ensure quality control from ingredients to finished products.

You will inspect incoming raw materials and packaging, perform in-line checks, and conduct laboratory analyses to support product safety and compliance. Responsibilities include batch tests prior to usage, conducting process audits across all areas, and compiling reports for each task.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or Food Microbiology.
• Knowledgeable and with a better understanding of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP, SOP and its principle.
• Has exposure in laboratory testing and in-line monitoring.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Open for fresh graduates.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspection of all incoming raw materials and packaging materials, conduct in-line inspection from ingredients preparation to finished products.
• Performs finished product analysis and testing, conduct audits on all areas of the process, and prepare a report for each assigned task.
• Conducts batch-test prior usage of materials at production.
