Job summary

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming materials, performing in-line checks from ingredients to finished products, and conducting batch tests. Candidates should have knowledge of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP and related SOPs, with strong analytical and planning skills; fresh graduates are welcome to

Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree in BS Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry or Food Microbiology.
• Knowledgeable with ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP and SOP principles.
• Exposure to laboratory testing and in-line monitoring.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Quality control and quality assurance for products and processes.
• Line inspection and laboratory analyses throughout production.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and packaging; conduct in-line inspections from ingredients to finished products.
• Perform finished product analyses, conduct process audits, and prepare task reports.
• Conduct batch tests prior to usage of materials in production.
