Job summary

Lapanday Foods Corporation is seeking a QA-focused professional for our packinghouse/post-harvest operations in Mindanao. The role ensures proper implementation and compliance of quality standards, inspections, and work instructions to meet quality targets and productivity.

The successful candidate will lead QA personnel, coordinate with production teams, and ensure adherence to manual procedures for fresh produce quality and market specifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensuring the proper implementation and compliance of quality standards / specifications inspection procedures and work instructions to attain quality targets , goals and productivity in the packinghouse or in the post.

• Ensuring proper management and implementation of packinghouse and port quality inspection standard procedures and work instructions stipulated in the manual for all fresh produced as well as planning, leading, organizing and directing QA personnel to meet quality market specifications and standards.
