Job summary

Del Monte Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods in our beverage manufacturing operations.

The role requires attention to quality standards and collaboration with diverse teams. The successful candidate will conduct inspections, testing, and audits, record results, and participate in root-cause analysis to sustain GMP and Food Safety Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field required.
• At least 1 year of QA experience in beverage or food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, QMS, and Food Safety Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and testing for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• Perform GMP, sanitation, and quality audits and support corrective actions.
• Record, analyze, and report inspection and test results.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment and maintain testing accuracy.
• Investigate quality issues and participate in root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
• Support product release, documentation control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods within beverage manufacturing operations. This role conducts inspections, testing, audits, and quality assessments throughout the production process to ensure products meet established specifications, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
