Job summary

TSUKIDEN ELECTRIC INDUSTRIES PHILIPPINES, INC. in Laguna seeks a Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality activities and customer/product qualifications. You will lead audits, document controls, and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality.

The role requires 2–3 years in supplier quality or a related field, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities to support QMS improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in Supplier Quality or related quality engineering role.
• Knowledgeable in ISO Audits, FMEA, Control Plan, and Quality Tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle new customer/product qualifications and quality audits.
• Manage 5M applications and quality documentation.
• Coordinate quality issues, customer claims, and corrective actions.
• Conduct inspections, training, and supplier quality activities.
• Support QMS implementation and continuous improvement.
