Responsibilities

• Evaluation and selection of suppliers in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Track and qualify or disqualify suppliers according to company’s standards.
• Perform regular Quality System, Process and Product audits on suppliers
• Work with suppliers to continuously improve performance, implement process controls and develop quality assurance plans.
• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, and review and approve Production Parts Approval Process from suppliers for submission to the Manufacturing Teams and Customers.
• Prepare and submit supplier evaluation report, action plans and the Approved Supplier List as required.
• Conduct in-depth review and follow-up on the implementation of supplier action plans for poor report card performance.
• Lead corrective actions as required from supplier 8D’s or non-conformance reports.
• Work with suppliers to devise sampling procedures and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data.
• Prepare and report supplier performance and quality to immediate superior.
• Prepare Operations review Supplier and Internal Quality KPI’s, countermeasures and annual action plans for supplier quality PPM, on-time delivery, late supplier 8D responses, etc.
• Perform other duties as instructed by the immediate superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree / College Degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of work experience in related field is an advantage
• Able to solve problem and troubleshoot as the need arises
• Exceptional written and verbal communication Skills
• With strong personality and sense of responsibility
