Job summary

SID Global Solutions is seeking an experienced QA/Test Analyst in Makati, Philippines. The role focuses on both functional and technical testing, including automated and manual test execution, using Playwright and Postman. The candidate will mentor juniors and ensure test activities align with budget and schedule.

The ideal professional has strong test design skills, a solid understanding of the testing lifecycle, and excellent communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8 yrs of experience in Functional or Technical Testing.
• 5 yrs using Playwright and Postman.
• Experience completing test activities within budget and schedule.
• Able to provide user perspective during test design and validate requirements.
• Well-versed in the Testing Lifecycle.
• Experience with different test design techniques (Functional/Non-Functional).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Firm and objective during test execution and defect review.
• Detail oriented with ability to translate business requirements into test scenarios.
• Experience executing automated test cases.
• Experience using Test Management tools.
• Experience mentoring junior test analysts.

• 8 yrs. experience in either Functional or Technical Testing.
• 5 yrs experience using Testing Tools - Playwright and Postman.
• Responsible in the completion of test activities within budget and schedule
• Able to provide user perspective during test design as well as validate functionalities/non-functional requirements in scope
• Well-versed in the Testing Lifecycle
• Experience in using different Test Design techniques either Functional or Non-Functional testing
• Good communication both oral and written in order to collaborate well with counterparts
• Firm and remains objective during test execution and defect root cause review to ensure that test processes are followed
• Detail oriented and can quickly grasp business requirements in order to translate to Test Scenarios/Cases.
• Should have experience executing Automated Test Cases.
• Experience in using Test Management tools
• Experience in mentoring junior test analysts or peers
