Job summary

Interiors Aeroservices Pte Ltd, an approved aircraft interiors MRO, seeks a Quality Assurance professional to support the QMS and regulatory compliance. The role encompasses conducting audits, managing NCRs, reviewing certification documents, and maintaining training records.

The candidate will liaise with suppliers and external stakeholders, assist risk assessments, and contribute to safety and quality culture within operations. Singaporean applicants preferred due to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in a relevant discipline or similar.
• Minimum 1 year of quality assurance experience in aviation MRO, aerospace or engineering environment.
• Working knowledge of aviation maintenance regulatory requirements; internal auditor training an advantage.
• Familiar with document control and safety procedures.
• Meticulous with strong report-writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Manager in maintaining the company's Quality Management System in compliance with applicable aviation regulatory and airworthiness authority requirements.
• Conduct audits in accordance with established protocols.
• Raise, track and close audit findings, non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions.
• Review work packages and certification documents for completeness and compliance before release.
• Verify incoming parts and materials documentation and support supplier quality evaluations.
• Carry out shelf-life audits of stores and materials and manage their safe storage and handling.
• Assist with developing risk assessments.
• Communicate with suppliers and external stakeholders on company and operational requirements.
• Maintain personnel authorisation, training and certification records; track recurrent training and certificate expiries.
• Support regulatory and customer audits, including preparation and follow-up of findings.
• Monitor calibration status of tools and equipment.
• Promote a safety and quality culture, including safety management and human factors awareness.
