Job summary

Manpower Singapore seeks a Quality Leader for the Supply Chain & Integrated Logistics Organisation Business Unit. You will provide independent QA governance, oversee risk-based assurance and investigations, and lead ongoing improvements across the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring regulatory compliance and product integrity.

You will partner with OBU Quality teams to manage supplier quality, drive root-cause analysis, and uphold the Quality Management System to support safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, supply chain or related.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality, supply chain, logistics, engineering or maintenance in aerospace or regulated industries.
• Experience with quality management systems, investigations, supplier discrepancy management and continuous improvement.
• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is desirable.
• Working knowledge of CAAS SAR-145, EASA Part-145, AS9110 and aviation quality practices desirable.
• Strong understanding of QMS, operating system standards, product safety and risk-based assurance.
• Knowledge of aircraft material traceability, warehousing and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality function for SC&IL OBU and provide independent QA governance.
• Plan and execute risk-based QA activities and investigations for quality events.
• Provide independent QA oversight of supplier quality and DR processes.
• Partner with OBU Quality teams to manage quality risks across interfaces.
