Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and improve the accuracy and integrity of consumer finance processes. You will assess compliance with NCCP, AML/CTF, and privacy rules while partnering with leaders to strengthen training and performance.

You will provide data-driven QA insights, identify root causes of non-conformance, and help implement continuous process improvements across Lending, Collections, Transfers, and Customer Liaison teams.

Qualifications

• Prior QA or compliance monitoring experience in financial operations.
• Knowledge of NCCP, AML/CTF, Privacy, SOX requirements is preferred.
• Experience with QA systems or reporting tools like Tableau/Power BI.
• Strong data interpretation and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Quality Oversight: conduct structured QA reviews across calls, emails, apps, and transactions.
• Assess adherence to policy, regulatory obligations, and internal credit policy.
• Evaluate data entry accuracy and decision outcomes.
• Verify ethical customer interactions and transparency.
• Maintain QA checklists and evidence logs.
