Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for the Consumer Finance division.

You will monitor and improve the accuracy, integrity, and ethical conduct of operational activities, ensuring compliance with licensing obligations and internal policies across lending, hardship, collections, transfers, and related teams. The role focuses on data-driven QA insights, root cause analysis, and partnering with leaders to strengthen training, compliance, and performance while mitigating

Qualifications

Prior experience in quality assurance, compliance monitoring, or financial operations within a regulated environment.
Strong working knowledge of consumer finance processes such as lending, collections, payments, or customer servicing.
Understanding of NCCP, AML/CTF, Privacy, and other regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Conduct structured quality reviews of calls, emails, applications, and transactions across multiple functions.
Assess adherence to policy, procedure, and regulatory obligations (NCCP, AML/CTF, Privacy, SOX).
Evaluate accuracy and completeness of data entry, documentation, and decision outcomes.
Verify that customer interactions are ethical, transparent, and aligned with responsible lending principles.
Maintain QA checklists, scoring frameworks, and evidence logs.
