Job summary

Henkel Philippines invites undergrad students to join a structured internship program in Ayala Avenue, Makati, blending home and on-site work under the guidance of a mentor and HR support.

You will support continuous improvement projects, create communication materials, update training content, and collaborate across teams to drive quality initiatives; knowledge in MS Office, presentation, and data validation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Organizational Communication, or Project Management
• Knowledge in MS Office software required; Experience in design software for creating and sending out communication materials is an advantage
• Knowledge in live streaming tools (i.e., OBS Studio) is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, with experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least four hundred‑eighty (480) on‑the‑job training hours

Responsibilities

• Support the tracking and monitoring of Continuous Improvement projects by maintaining project trackers, monitoring milestones, and following up on action items
• Assist in developing communication plans and creating engaging materials such as announcements, infographics, and promotional content for Quality & Continuous Improvement initiative
• Help update and improve Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement training materials, presentations, and supporting documents
• Monitor and consolidate updates from Quality & ISO Coordinators to support effective reporting and follow-through on key activities
• Conduct data validation, quality checks, and status tracking to ensure accurate and reliable project and operational information
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support Continuous Improvement, Quality, and ISO‑related programs and initiatives
• Contribute fresh ideas and recommendations to enhance processes, communications, and operational efficiency within the Quality & Continuous Improvement team
