Henkel is hiring a Junior Global Trade Analyst in the Philippines. You will process Free Trade Agreement requests, maintain GTS data, and manage master data while coordinating with the Asia Pacific Trade team. The role emphasizes accuracy, data quality, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Customs Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Global Trade (trade compliance, foreign trade agreements, import/export).
• Proficient in MS Excel; SAP knowledge required; Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Process Free Trade Agreement requests such as cost statement generation and preference determination.
• Handle day-to-day processing of Sanctioned Party List, Long Term Vendor Declaration requests and maintenance; respond to queries via email/chat.
• Generate master data downloads/reports and perform master data cleanup as needed.
• Ensure quality/accuracy of Master Data and coordinate with Asia Pacific Trade.

About this Position

As a Junior Global Trade Analyst, you play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing of Free Trade Agreement (FTA) requests and the timely submission of reports and key performance indicators. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate data in the Global Trade Services (GTS) system, overseeing master data lists, and coordinating with the Asia Pacific Trade team to uphold data quality and accuracy. What you´ll do

• Responsible for processing of requests relevant to Free Trade Agreement such as cost statement generation and preference determination
• Responsible for the day-to-day processing of Sanctioned Party List, Long Term Vendor Declaration request and maintenance. Includes answering of queries via emails or chat and monitoring of workflows
• Responsible for generating master data download/reports and executing master data clean up needed by the business
• Ensures the quality and accuracy of the Master Data as well as the overall coordination with regards to Asia Pacific Trade
• Accountable to inform the Team Lead for any process documentation update
• Ensure effective monitoring and timely resolution of tickets
• Responsible in updating files needed for monitoring such as master data tracker, utilization/productivity tool and attendance tracker and regular documentation update
• Contribute or Initiate process improvement

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Customs Management, or related course
• Must have at least one (1) year relevant work experience in Global Trade (Trade compliance, Foreign Trade Agreement, Import/Export activities)
• Intermediate MS Excel is preferred; Knowledge in SAP is required
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required
• Excellent command of the English language for both written and verbal communication
• Amenable to work on a day-shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
