Job summary

Our Clients in Mandaluyong City seeks a Recruitment Manager to lead high-volume QSR hiring across store-level and corporate roles. You will design strategies, manage sourcing, and ensure timely talent acquisition for frontline and supervisory positions.

The ideal candidate has extensive QSR experience, strong Excel/ATS skills, and a track record in managing multi-location recruitment campaigns and partnerships with operations and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field.
• 6–8 years in recruitment or TA, including supervisory/managerial roles.
• Extensive experience in QSR or high-volume consumer-facing industries.
• Experience with high-volume and multi-location recruitment for frontline roles.
• Executive Search or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
• Oversee high-volume recruitment for QSR and restaurant operations.
• Manage recruitment for corporate and support functions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for store-level and corporate roles.
• Lead recruitment campaigns for new store openings and workforce expansion.
• Develop and optimize sourcing strategies across portals, social media, referrals, and partners.
• Collaborate with Operations and Store Managers to forecast manpower needs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, volume, and offer acceptances.
• Prepare recruitment reports using Excel and ATS or manual tracking.
• Manage external agencies, platforms, and manpower providers.
• Improve turnaround time, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate experience.
