VXNBRAND VENTURES OPC in Taytay, Rizal, is seeking a meticulous Quality Control (QC) Supervisor to oversee quality control activities and ensure all products meet company standards.

You will supervise the QC team, monitor inspections, address defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain consistency and efficiency across warehouse, production, and operations. This on-site role requires strong leadership and communication to train staff and maintain quality records.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of relevant Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of quality inspection procedures, product standards, and QC processes.
• Able to work on-site in Taytay, Rizal.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC) Supervisor who will oversee quality control activities and ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and requirements.

The successful candidate will supervise the QC team, monitor inspection processes, identify quality issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain product consistency and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the daily activities and performance of the Quality Control team.

• Ensure that incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet established quality standards.

• Conduct and monitor product inspections to identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformities.

• Establish and implement quality control procedures, inspection guidelines, and standards.

• Investigate quality-related issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Qualifications
