RealPage (Philippines), INC. is seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Processing support specialist to join the Velocity Invoice Processing team. You will perform data entry into the VES system, generate client reports, and resolve QC triggers with accuracy.

The role requires at least 1 year in billing or financial services, strong MS Excel/Word skills, and excellent communication. Onsite training for 90 days, then hybrid with two onsite days per week, supporting US operations with night

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Velocity Invoice Processing or billing/financial services role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college accounting preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in General Accounting functions (including Accounts Payable).
• Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational ability and multitasking capability.
• Detail oriented; proficient in MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Willingness to learn new processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Resolves within specified time the 23 QC trigger types impacting customer financial performance.
• Coordinate QC work with clients, vendors, and internal teams (client success, financial account management).
• Handle client escalations tied to QC; review data inputs for accuracy.
• Maintain and update Vendor accounts; key invoices into VES daily.
• Research and answer client questions.
• Assist Invoice Processor with issue resolution.
• Assist with VES setup for new clients and train new employees.
