Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct GMP/GOP, Food Safety, and Regulatory audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversee QA inspection of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Monitor daily quality parameters, including product temperature, storage conditions, and hygiene compliance.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of documentation for imported and local raw materials.
• Prepare and submit timely client-required reports (e.g., temperature logs, damage reports).
• Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for identified quality issues.
• Conduct training on GMP, Allergen Awareness, Halal, and other quality-related programs.
• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality and food safety.
• Participate in the Internal/External Quality Audits (IQA) based on schedule.

About you

• Graduate of BS in Food Technology or any related field

• Relevant supervisory experience in Quality Assurance within the warehousing and distribution industry
• Knowledgeable in GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Standards, and regulatory requirements

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and training facilitation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Willing to work on shifting schedules if required
