Job summary

Pricon in the Philippines is seeking a production leader to plan, organize, and manage all production activities, ensuring products are manufactured safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards and customer requirements.

You will oversee manpower and production resources, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with quality and engineering to meet PMI objectives. Work is face-to-face in Cabuyao, Laguna, Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM and Saturday 7:30 AM–3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field required.
• 5–8 years in manufacturing; 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong planning, process, and inventory control knowledge.
• Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM and problem-solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage all production activities to ensure safe, on-time, quality-driven manufacturing.
• Oversee manpower and production resources to meet PMI objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate with quality and engineering teams.

Job description

The role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all production activities to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards and customer requirements. The role oversees manpower, production resources, and continuous improvement initiatives to achieve PMI objectives.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related engineering course.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and inventory control.
• Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and problem-solving tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other applicable quality management systems is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willing to work extended hours when required to meet production demands.
