• Perform dimensional inspection of parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM,
• Verify first article inspections and in-process inspections according to engineering drawings and tolerance requirements.
• Record and report inspection results accurately in inspection reports or digital systems.
• Identify and document non-conformances and communicate findings to the production and quality teams.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical standards.
• Ensure measuring tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Maintain inspection records in compliance with ISO/AS9100 or customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical / manufacturing / industrial Engineering or equivalent.2–5 years of experience in dimensional inspection or quality control in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, ISO 9001, and quality inspection techniques.
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments (manual and digital).
• Experience with CMM operation is an advantage.
