Job summary

Multinational Company in the Philippines is seeking a QA/QC Inspector to conduct inspection and testing activities, maintain QA/QC area cleanliness, and oversee records of spare parts. The role is based in a manufacturing setting in Metro Manila/Pasig and requires familiarity with inspection standards.

You will inspect parts against specifications, fill inspection reports, identify parts, and ensure proper handling and packaging.

Qualifications

• Interprets engineering drawings and verifies part specifications.
• Familiar with production equipment and QA/QC processes.
• Proficient in common office software

Responsibilities

• Conducts activities relative to product inspections and tests.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the QA/QC area.
• Checks records of all incoming and outgoing spare parts inside the QA/QC Department.
• Inspects the parts according to the specified requirements.
• Fills-up the QA/QC Inspection report based on the result of final inspection.
• Applies suitable identification to spare parts.
• Performs the proper handling and packaging of spare parts.
• Endorses fully inspected spare parts to SPARE PARTS CONTROL.
• Abides with the COMPANY RULES AND REGULATIONS.
• Informs the immediate superior for any detected non-conformities and provides immediate corrective actions.
• Involves in any activities for CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT.
• Fills-up the DAILY MATERIAL REQUEST LOG for issuance of MATERIALS, TOOLS, etc.
