Job summary

The role requires a BS in Engineering, 10+ years in manufacturing, and strong leadership with expertise in ISO-based QMS. This position emphasizes continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration to sustain quality excellence.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering-related course.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company.
• Experience in inspection processes and quality management.
• Knowledge of ISO-based Quality, Environmental, and Safety Management Systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to manage and resolve complex issues in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize daily inspection operations to achieve quality, productivity, cost, delivery, and safety targets.
• Ensure all incoming materials, components, and finished products meet established quality specifications and customer requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain inspection systems, quality standards, procedures, and work instructions.
• Establish quality strategies to improve product reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and direction in achieving quality excellence throughout the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality performance, defect reduction, and process enhancement.
• Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers to improve product quality and delivery performance.
• Monitor quality performance metrics and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams in addressing quality concerns and achieving organizational goals.
• Support compliance with company, customer, and regulatory quality requirements.
