Job summary

ETS PRODUCTS PHILIPPINES, INC. is hiring a Quality Control Inspector with 5–7 years of experience in manufacturing and metal fabrication to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires reading engineering drawings and inspecting raw materials, in-process parts and finished goods to ensure conformance to specifications. Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience as a QC Inspector in manufacturing/metal fabrication.
• Experience inspecting single parts and metal assemblies (welded/bent).
• Experience inspecting powder coated parts.
• Understanding of critical and functional dimensions for quality assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process parts (metal fabricated), and finished products.
• Inspect and assess surface treatments (e.g. galvanising, powder coating, etc.)
• Read product drawings and other specifications to understand the requirement of single parts assemblies and final products
• Measure parts and product dimensions, perform testing and functionality checks to assess conformity of part or finished product to the set specifications
• Verify material or product status in the production to confirm any quality issue or potential non-conformances and recommend timely solutions
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and company specifications
• Identify and recommend solutions for quality issues, contributing to process improvement
• Generate batch or lot records and other quality records by documenting the results of inspection and testing

Job Qualifications

• Degree of Mechanical Engineering or tertiary equivalent course, Mechanic, Mechanical Technician
• With at least 5 years of experience as a QC Inspector within a manufacturing and or metal fabrication environment
• Strong experience in inspecting single parts and metal assemblies such as but not limited to welded assemblies, bended assembles and/or equivalent
• Experience in inspecting powder coated parts
• Knowledge in understanding of critical and functional dimension as basis for quality assessments.
