Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4–5 year course in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in a food industry.
• Knowledge of Quality & Food Safety Management System, GMP, SSOP, HACCP.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the Customer Product Standards and Specifications are strictly implemented in the operation.
• Ensures GMP, SSOP, and Quality and Food Safety System are implemented throughout the operation.
• Ensures orderliness, cleanliness and sanitation of Production facilities and its auxiliary facilities such as Wastewater Treatment and Rendering Plants.
• Demonstrates a high concern for health and safety of self and others.
• Demonstrates commitment to Company Rules and Regulations.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned by immediate superior.

SMC-IFSI is engaged in the management, operation, and maintenance of farms, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, fishpond, storage and various facilities and equipment for breeding, hatching, raising, growing, production, slaughter and / or processing of poultry. Fowls, hogs, livestock and other kinds of animals and foodstuffs and other activities allied or incidental thereto such as but not limited to animal feeds, nutrition, and healthcare.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Graduate of any 4 – 5 years course in Engineering is advantage but not required, Business Management, or a related field.

Work Experience: Have at least 2 years' relative experience in a food industry.
