Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. in Pagbilao, Quezon is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to ensure products meet established quality standards before release.

The role involves inspecting, testing, and evaluating materials and finished products for defects in a poultry and food processing environment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in the food industry, knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SSOP, and SAP controls, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' relative experience in a food industry.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SSOP and Food Safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the Customer Product Standards and Specifications are strictly implemented in the operation.
• Ensures that Good Manufacturing Practices, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure and Quality and Food Safety System are implemented throughout the operation.
• Ensure orderliness, cleanliness and sanitation of Production facilities and its auxiliary facilities such Wastewater Treatment and Rendering Plants.
• Demonstrates a high concern for the health and safety of self and others.
• Demonstrates commitment to Company Rules and Regulations
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of company goal or for his/her personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his/her immediate superior.
