Superb Catch Inc. is seeking a QC Inspector to uphold the highest quality standards across products and processes. You will inspect, test, and document results, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements before products reach customers.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, with technical training or certification in quality assurance being advantageous
• Proven experience as QC Inspector or in a similar quality control role within manufacturing or logistics environments
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify even minor deviations from specifications
• Proficiency in using quality control equipment, measuring instruments and inspection tools
• Knowledge of quality standards, best practices and relevant regulatory requirements in the manufacturing sector
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills with the ability to maintain accurate reports
• Ability to work independently whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency

Responsabilidades

• Inspect and evaluate products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Conduct thorough testing and measurements using calibrated equipment and tools
• Document inspection results, test data and any deviations in accordance with established procedures
• Identify defects, inconsistencies or non-conformities and report findings to relevant departments
• Perform random sampling and statistical quality control checks as required
• Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare quality reports for management review
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Ensure all materials, components and finished products meet company and industry standards
• Perform regular equipment calibration checks and maintenance as part of quality control protocols
