Job summary

Souhatsu Cebu Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a QC Inspector to perform incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections to ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.

The role requires a technical/vocational or senior high school background with at least 2 years in automotive QC, knowledge of IQC/IPQC/OQC, and the ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring tools. Willingness to work shifts and overtime is needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course or Senior High School with relevant experience.
• At least 2 years as a QC Inspector in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with IQC, IPQC, and OQC is an advantage.
• Able to read engineering drawings and product specifications.
• Detail oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work shifting schedules and render overtime when required.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a QC Inspector in an automotive manufacturing company.

• Experience in Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and other inspection tools.

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and product specifications.

• Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime when required.

• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and inspection procedures is an advantage.
