Job summary

Entel HK Philippines is seeking a QA Inspector to perform inspections on IQA, In-Line QA, Out-going QA and QA Test to ensure materials meet company requirements through visual inspection, measurements, and functional testing.

You will maintain logs, highlight quality issues to QA Management, monitor production quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives with minimal supervision. Knowledge of tools like caliper, microscope, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have a basic science or engineering background and demonstrate understanding of QA principles.
• Experience as QA inspector in electronics is preferred.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and follow instructions precisely.

• Perform inspections on IQA, In-Line QA, Out-going QA and QA tests to ensure materials meet requirements.

• Maintain electronic/manual logs with complete and accurate data.

Job description

• Responsible in performing inspections on IQA, In-Line QA, Out-going QA and QA Test in order to ensure that all materials meet company requirements thru visual inspection, measurement of actual materials, mechanical analysis and functional testing.

• Highlight quality issues to QA Management immediately to prevent further issues with the materials and products.

• Maintain different electronic logs / manual logs by ensuring completeness of data, on time encoding and data accuracy.

• Monitor In-line production quality in order to ensure that it is complaint to company standards.

• Interact with production on a regular basis in support of continuous improvement program.

• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time, or as the need arises.

Qualifications

• Preferably college graduate (graduate of 2-year technical course can be considered).

• Preferably has working experience as QA inspector in electronics company.

• Knowledge in manual soldering (optional).

• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

• Preferably knowledgeable in using different instruments such as caliper, gram gauge, microscope and the like.

• Computer literate and preferably with knowledge in using basic Microsoft office (excel & word document).
