Job summary

Sta. Clara International Corp. is seeking an MEPFS QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality control for MEPFS installations on project sites in the Philippines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of codes and testing requirements. You will review drawings, ITPs, material submittals, and QA/QC documentation, coordinating with teams to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience as an MEPFS QA/QC Engineer or similar role, preferably in infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEPFS QA/QC procedures, inspection and testing requirements, quality standards, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Experience in reviewing and interpreting MEPFS drawings, specifications, ITPs, material submittals, and quality control documentation.
• Familiar with MEPFS installation works including mechanical systems, piping, HVAC, fire protection, pumps, and building utilities.
• Knowledgeable in conducting inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination with project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; QA/QC documentation systems experience is an advantage.
• Willing to relocate to the project site and available to start immediately.

Qualifications - MEPFS QA/QC Engineer

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.




• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage.




• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience as an MEPFS QA/QC Engineer, QA/QC Mechanical Engineer, or similar role, preferably in infrastructure, commercial, industrial, or high-rise construction projects.




• Strong knowledge of MEPFS QA/QC procedures, inspection and testing requirements, quality standards, and applicable codes and regulations (e.g., ASME, ASTM, NFPA, API, ISO, and other relevant standards).




• Experienced in reviewing and interpreting MEPFS drawings, specifications, method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), material submittals, and quality control documentation.




• Familiar with MEPFS installation works, including mechanical systems, piping, HVAC systems, fire protection systems, pumps, and other building utility systems.




• Knowledgeable in conducting inspections, testing, commissioning activities, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.




• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.




• Excellent communication and coordination skills with project teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.




• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; experience with QA/QC documentation systems and project management tools is an advantage.
