About the role

Net Pacific, Inc. is seeking a talented QAQC Engineer (Electrical Engineer) to join our engineering team in a full-time capacity based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a critical role within our quality assurance and quality control function, where you will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical engineering projects and products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. The QAQC Engineer will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring that all deliverables meet both client specifications and industry regulations. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the technical integrity of our electrical engineering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures specific to electrical engineering projects and products
• Conduct comprehensive inspections and testing of electrical components, assemblies and systems to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards
• Review electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation to identify potential quality issues before implementation
• Perform risk assessments and failure analysis on electrical systems to prevent defects and improve product reliability
• Document all test results, inspection findings and corrective actions in accordance with established quality protocols
• Collaborate with design and project engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical safety standards, codes and regulatory requirements
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for project teams on quality standards and best practices
• Monitor supplier quality and conduct audits of external vendors supplying electrical components and materials
• Maintain accurate records and generate quality reports for management and client review

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering with specific focus on quality assurance or quality control
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, testing methodologies and troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with relevant electrical standards and codes such as IEC, IEEE, NEC or local Philippine electrical standards
• Proficiency in using testing equipment and diagnostic tools commonly used in electrical engineering
• Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 or similar certifications
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills with the ability to identify deviations and non-conformances
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document findings clearly and present recommendations effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
• Preferred: Experience in infrastructure projects, telecommunications, power distribution or industrial electrical systems
• Preferred: Certification as a Quality Engineer or professional certifications in electrical engineering
