Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, or related discipline preferred)
• At least 5-7 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, with proven expertise in leading QA efforts for large, complex projects
• Experience working across multiple projects and leading testing efforts from requirements gathering to final release
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Makati/Ortigas

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive test strategies aligned with project timelines.
• Lead end-to-end test management and test case development.
• Architect and maintain automation frameworks for CI/CD.
• Mentor junior testers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide test reporting and risk analysis to leadership.
• Stay current with automation trends and drive process improvements.
