Qualifications

8+ years of QA/testing experience in banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery processes.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate QA activities.

Responsibilities

Define test strategy across core banking domains (Trade, Lending, CASA).
Manage SIT, UAT and Regression cycles to ensure quality.
Develop automated test strategies where feasible.
Coordinate defects triage and resolution to prevent rework.
Ensure end-to-end business scenario coverage.
