Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of audit/validation experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify defect causes.
• Ability to build and use reports for cause-effect analysis.
• Experience collaborating with account leaders to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Quality Analysts, coordinating with delivery teams on quality reviews/audits.
• Drives discussions with leadership on outcomes of quality audits.
• Provides guidance to teams and manages departments (national or international).
• Defines objectives within project scope and may oversee tools and resources.
• Monitors analyst productivity and capacity.
• Ensures proper sampling methods and documentation of QA activities.
• Communicates updates to Quality Leader as needed.
• Collaborates with Center SME to identify improvement opportunities.
