IBM Consulting in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to guide a team of Analysts in delivering high-quality audits and process improvements across client engagements. You will drive audit planning, ensure timeliness, and partner with delivery teams to resolve defects and implement root-cause actions.

The role requires 4+ years in process audit/validation, strong analytical skills, and experience with reports, ERP/CRM tools, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of audit/validation experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify defect causes.
• Ability to build and use reports for cause-effect analysis.
• Experience collaborating with account leaders to drive improvements.

Your Role And Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Quality Analysts, who works with the delivery team in performing quality reviews or audits
• Drives discussions with the leadership team on the output of the quality audit.
• Provides ongoing technical/operational guidance to lead professional work teams, conducts special projects, or manages department(s) (national or international).
• Understands department/ functional mission and vision. Utilizes expertise to directly influence people outside department or function. Sometimes no precedent exists. Defines and decides objectives within specified business concept or project and may have responsibility for tools and assigned resources.
• Monitors Quality Analyst productivity and capacity
• Involve in the creation of parameters/control points/attributes end to end process
• Ensure all parameters/control points/attributes are checked, reviewed and approved as agreed and Complete documentation of QA activities.
• Decides appropriate sampling method and percentages and obtain approval from prior to go live
• Sends update to Quality Leader daily or weekly as applicable
• Discuss findings with the Delivery Team and request for RCA and Follow-up/monitor closure of defects noted
• Collaborate with Center SME to formulate improvement opportunities
• Provide recommendations to the appropriate point of contact, if necessary
• Highlight any issues/risks/help needed
• Establish good relationships with the account. Raise to account and obtain approval for possible change in sampling, method of review and direction based on the QA results

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Candidates with 4+ combined years of process specifics and audit/validation experience.
• Demonstrated experience in meeting goals for accuracy and timeliness of all audit reports
• Analytical and critical thinking skills, uncovering possible reasons for defects and provide options to avoid recurrence
• Proven experience to build and utilize reports to analyze pertinent cause and effect analysis.
• Experience in collaboration and negotiation with account leaders to achieve improvements.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Proficient in MS office applications and any ERP, CRM software as end user
• Experience in facilitating team meetings
• Individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals
• Experience using six sigma methodologies
• Ability to work under tight timelines
• Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
