Job summary

Foodflow Inc. in Santa Rosa City Laguna is seeking a QA Supervisor to oversee day-to-day quality assurance activities in our food production facility.

You will train and manage a team of quality inspectors, develop and monitor procedures, and drive continuous improvement to meet our high standards. The role requires 3+ years in QA/QC within food manufacturing, strong knowledge of QMS, SPC and root cause analysis, and proficiency with QA software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in QA/QC in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, SPC and root cause analysis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for team leadership.
• Proficient with QC software, data tools and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field.

This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day quality assurance activities, training and managing a team of quality inspectors, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet our high standards.

• Develop, implement and monitor quality control procedures and protocols across all stages of the production process
• Lead a team of quality inspectors, providing training, guidance and performance management
• Analyse production data, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with production, operations and engineering teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all relevant quality, safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain detailed records and generate reports to track quality metrics and trends
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the food manufacturing industry
