PRIME GLOBAL CORPORATION seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee QA operations in our FMCG plant in Bulacan. You will ensure GMP, HACCP, FSMS and ISO 22000 compliance across materials, in-process and finished goods.
You will lead audits, CAPA investigations, document control, and continuous improvements, while coaching QA staff and coordinating with Production, R&D, and regulatory teams; strong problem-solving and leadership are essential.
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company’s quality management systems to ensure that all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods comply with established quality, food safety, and regulatory standards. The role leads quality assurance activities, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and applicable regulatory requirements within the FMCG manufacturing environment.
Supervise day-to-day quality assurance operations and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Monitor implementation of GMP, HACCP, SSOP, and other quality management programs throughout the manufacturing process.
Review and approve quality inspection reports, product testing results, and quality documentation.
Lead investigations of product quality issues, customer complaints, non-conformances, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with Production, R&D, Warehouse, and Regulatory teams to ensure products meet established specifications.
Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits by customers, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of quality records, procedures, and work instructions.
Monitor and evaluate product quality trends and recommend improvement initiatives.
Supervise QA personnel and provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure calibration and verification of laboratory and quality control equipment.
Support product validation, process improvement, and new product development activities.
Prepare quality performance reports and recommend actions to management.
Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Food Safety Management, preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), ISO 22000, and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quality management systems.
Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
Willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
Combination of office-based and plant-floor work.
Exposure to manufacturing and laboratory environments.
May require extended working hours during audits, investigations, and production issues.
Fast-paced FMCG environment requiring strong attention to detail and compliance.
Frequent interaction with cross‑functional teams, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
