Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is hiring a QA/QC professional for an on-site role in Antipolo City. The position targets 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing QA/QC environment and requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. This is a full-time, direct-hire role with standard shifts.

The role involves strict production monitoring, product inspection, and tracking of repairs and replacements to ensure products meet quality standards before handover to Receiving.

• Monitor Production Monitor document for strict control.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
• Track repairs and coordinate replacements for products beyond repair.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• *Production Monitoring*: Master the Production Monitor document for strict monitoring and control purposes
• *Product Inspection*: Receive completed products directly from the Production team and inspect each product thoroughly to determine if it meets quality standards
• *Repair & Replacement Tracking*: Track and monitor the status of products flagged for repair. Document products that are beyond repair and coordinate their replacement with Production
• *Handover*: Forward all products that pass quality standards to the Receiving Department for processing

QUALIFICATIONS

• *Education*: Must be a College Graduate. Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related Engineering course is highly preferred
• *Experience*: Prior work experience in Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) within the manufacturing industry is required

*Work Setup*: On-site in Antipolo City | Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Full-time, Direct Hire
