Bolder Apps - AI Native AgentCy is hiring a Mobile App QA specialist to own quality across client products. You will combine hands-on manual and exploratory testing with building automated coverage for continuous validation.

You’ll also evaluate AI testing tools and report on their ROI, helping the team ship reliable features to real users. Join a fast-moving, autonomy‑driven team that values initiative, design awareness, and practical testing across web and mobile, with four hours of overlap

Qualifications

• Clear written English and strong communication.
• Production testing experience, both manual and exploratory.
• Ability to create meaningful test cases from a thin spec.
• Maintainable automation that can be extended quickly.
• Familiarity with AI test generation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own QA process across projects, including test strategy and release sign-off.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing on web and mobile apps.
• Build and maintain automated coverage where it adds value.
• Test AI features including non-deterministic output and prompts.
• Research and report on new testing tools and ROI.
• Write actionable bug reports with repro steps and evidence.
• Understand product requirements and map risk areas early.
• Communicate release status and coverage clearly.
