Busy Bee Cleaning Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure strict adherence to company processes, protocols, and quality standards across sales and operations. The role combines performance auditing, data analysis for process improvement, and on-site compliance checks to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.

Key duties include auditing bookings and workflows, evaluating performance against KPIs, and identifying SOP deviations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 23 years in a QA role within sales or operations.
• Analytical skills: Strong ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
• Attention to detail: Keen eye for identifying process gaps and cleanliness issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for reporting and feedback.
• Problem-solving: Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to Travel: This role will require you to travel across Manila and Regional branches for random inspections.
