Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience in a fast-paced support environment.
• Experience with customer interactions (phone/email/chat) audits.
• Excellent written and spoken English with clear escalation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessment of customer interactions (phone, email, chat).
• Complete regular audits against Boldr's expectations with documentation.
• Produce weekly summaries and data reporting for SBU leadership.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and coach teams.
