Ferna Corp. is seeking a Quality Assurance (QAC) Staff member for their Navotas location. The ideal candidate should have a degree in BS Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology. Responsibilities include monitoring product conditions, conducting inspections, and preparing non-compliance reports. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, but at least two years of relevant experience is preferred. Qualifications
Graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, or BS Food Technology.
At least 2 years of experience as QAC Staff in food industry.

Responsibilities
Monitor product conditions before delivery as per standards.
Conduct product inspections for delivery.
Handle incoming delivery inspections of products.
Prepare NC Reports for non-compliance of products.
Prepare monthly summary reports on NC Reports.
Monitor NC Reports and Corrective Actions regularly.
Graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Food Technology or any courses (Professional Licensure is an advantage).
At least two (2) years of related experience as QAC Staff in a food manufacturing/retail/trading industry. With trainings and seminars on QMS, Food Safety, cGWP/cGMP and others is a plus.

Monitors the overall condition of all products prior to delivery in accordance with the established standard, specifications and requirements of the Company and its customers.
Conducts all inspections of products for delivery, including delivery vehicles.
Handles incoming delivery inspection of all products, including delivery vehicles based on the established standard, specifications and requirements.
Prepares NC Reports for the non‑compliance of incoming and outgoing products.
Prepares monthly summary reports on the NC Reports and Corrective Actions as a reference to the status of the products with complaints to External Providers.
Monitors status of NC Reports and Corrective Actions on a regular basis.
