Job summary

Monde Nissin Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Site Quality Assurance Leader to manage and implement site-wide quality systems and food safety programs. You will act as the Site Quality Pillar Leader, with final approval for material and product disposition and represent QA in the Site Leadership Team.

You will be the main contact for quality and food safety issues and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate the PDCA process, develop the masterplan, and review KPI performance,

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end quality systems and food safety program management across the site.
• Serve as Site Quality Pillar Leader and represent QA in the Site Leadership Team.
• Hold final approval for material and product disposition and releasing at site level.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all quality and food safety matters.
• Own the Quality & Food Safety PDCA process and develop the function masterplan and KPI reviews.
• Liaise with Dept QA leaders, QC and Micro Lab to ensure release readiness and corrective actions.
• Ensure IQA implementation and QA verification at the site.
• Review and QA-approve CPIAR submissions and monitor results.
• Serve as site approver for validation plans and close-out reports.
• Qualify department QA leaders.

Job description

The Site Quality Assurance Leader manages and implements quality systems and food safety programs site-wide. As the Site Quality Pillar Leader, you have final approval for material and product disposition and represent QA in the Site Leadership Team. You are the main contact for quality and food safety issues, oversee the Quality & Food Safety PDCA process, and ensure compliance with internal audits. You also review and approve validation plans and CPIAR, and qualify department QA leaders.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall E2E quality systems and food safety program management and implementation for the site and all the departments within the site. If Site QA Leader is not the FSTL, the Site QAL is still responsible for the effective program implementation.
• Will be the Site Quality Pillar Leader. Represents QA in the Site Leadership Team / Pillar.
• Has the Final approval responsibility for all Material and Product Disposition and Releasing for the site. Approval responsibility can be escalated only to Country QA Director.
• The SPOC of the site for all quality & food safety related matters.
• Owns the Quality & Food Safety PDCA process for the site or department. This includes development and execution of function masterplan based on QA and Site directions, delivery and review of quality & food safety key performance measures.
• Liases with Dept QA leaders, QC and Micro Lab for material and finished product performance results for the site. In case of unplanned holds, responsible to ensure that actions needed to facilitate releasing is complied/met.
• Ensures the IQA implementation for the site, including execution of QA verification.
• Responsible for the review and QA-approval of submitted CPIAR within the site level. Responsible for results tracking and monitoring, reporting to PSLT and calling for actions needed.
• Will be the site approver for all validation plans and close out reports.
• Will be the qualifier for Dept QA leaders.
