• Quality Control & Analysis: Review and analyze quality control reports, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Supplier & Material Management: Evaluate raw materials, provide feedback on non-conforming items, and conduct annual supplier audits.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues, analyze daily rejection reports, and implement action plans.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety standards. Manage the disposition of "Return to Vendor" items and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
