About the role

Crystal Sugar Company, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA/QC Shift Supervisor to join our Quality Assurance and Control team. This is a full-time position based in Maramag, Bukidnon, where you will play a critical role in ensuring that our sugar production meets the highest quality and safety standards. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead quality assurance/quality control operations during your assigned shift, overseeing testing protocols, managing quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards. This position is essential to maintaining the integrity of our products and protecting the reputation of Crystal Sugar Company, Inc.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering
• Registered Chemist/ Chemical Engineering
• Must have at least three years relevant work experience in the sugar industry or supervisory experience in manufacturing company
• Proven experience supervising or leading a team in a shift-based operation
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, testing techniques, and inspection procedures
• Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation practices (e.g. ISO standards)
• Proficiency in using quality control equipment and laboratory instruments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sugar production processes is highly desirable
• Valid certifications in quality assurance or related fields (e.g. ISO 9001, quality inspection certificates) are preferred
