Crystal Sugar Company, Inc. is seeking a Laboratory Analyst to join our Quality Assurance & Control team in Maramag, Bukidnon. This full-time role focuses on accurate analysis of samples from process streams to provide timely results to operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Chemistry- or Sugar technology-related degree, a Chemical Technician Certificate, and preferably two years of lab experience in the sugar industry, with strong attention to detail and record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Sugar Technology or Food Technology
• Chemical Technician Certificate as minimum requirement
• Preferably with two years laboratory experience in the sugar industry
• Proficiency in conducting laboratory analyses and using standard testing equipment
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
• Preferred experience with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) or similar food safety systems
